Sahara Refund Portal क्या है?
CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal Ministry of Cooperation और Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS) के माध्यम से Sahara Group की संबंधित Multi-State Cooperative Societies के genuine depositors के legitimate refund claims को process करने के लिए बनाया गया online portal है।
यह portal 18 जुलाई 2023 को शुरू किया गया था। इसका उद्देश्य eligible depositors से online claims प्राप्त करना और verification के बाद eligible refund को Aadhaar-seeded bank account में transfer करना है।

20 लाख Pending Claims की Processing क्यों रुकी थी?
Ministry of Cooperation के अनुसार Sahara cooperative societies के कामकाज में नवंबर 2025 के बाद कुछ operational और administrative difficulties आई थीं। इनमें hardware और Annual Maintenance Contract से जुड़े issues, IT infrastructure तथा licenses के renewal और manpower एवं administrative problems शामिल थे।
इन समस्याओं के कारण refund claims की verification और processing से जुड़े systems प्रभावित हुए थे। बाद में Ministry of Cooperation और CRCS द्वारा आवश्यक systems और infrastructure को restore करने के बाद portal तथा verification systems को दोबारा चालू किया गया।
